Starting May 1st, 2025, our clinic will introduce a $25 fee for prescription renewal requests faxed directly from your pharmacy. These requests require your physician to carefully review your chart to ensure the renewal is appropriate, and unfortunately, this service is not covered by OHIP.

Visit Our Clinic as a Walk-In for Your Renewal
Please note: This fee does not apply to patients under 18 or over 65.
